Plans are in place and we are rolling out 2026 Reunion Plans for our gathering in Nashville 29 OCT - 1 NOV. Online reunion registration and payment on our website is live; registration for rooms for the Inn at Opryland also is live. Please note reunion registration deadline of September 23 and hotel group rate deadline of September 29!
Reunion Registration is ready so you can make your travel plans early. Submit the reunion registration form from the link above and you should be directed to pay online. If you need assistance or prefer to print the form and mail a check, please contact Treasurer Don Davis at kycolonel1@aol.com.
Please note that reunion registration is due by 23 SEP 2026 to allow time for ordering shirts, caps, etc.
Your $450 per person registration fee covers three breakfasts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday); three dinners (Thursday, Friday, Saturday); and DFAC lunch on Friday. The fee also covers bus transportation to and from Fort Campbell, KY on Friday; polo shirt, cap and souvenir bag; banquet, hospitality room and other hotel facility costs. (Please note that the bar at dinners is cash "pay as you go.")
Our host hotel, The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel, is 0.7 mi from Grand Ole Opry. Our discount group rate is $170 per night plus tax. Self-parking on site is free and the hotel runs a free shuttle from the Inn to Opryland Resort and Opry Mills Mall. Current self-booked rates for this hotel are $229 per night. This is a very popular location; do not wait to book your room! Book by 29 SEP to get the 3AD discounted group rate.
