Richard Moseley's Photos of Grafenwhoehr, Winter 1971 –Click On Image to Enlarge–

The battalion FDC waiting to load the train at Pioneer Kaserne.
Eight inch howitzers loading at Pioneer Kaserne for the trip to Graf.
This is me standing in the snow at Tent City with about four layers of clothes on. The temperature was about zero, but with no wind I didn't need the parka.
This is about half of the battalion FDC team outside our tent at Graf. L to r: Mike Bartholomew, Charles Murphy, Danny Pope, Mike Livingston and kneeling is Clint Eastman.
Tent City at Graf. I think the fellow trying to catch the football is Larry Zilmer – I'm not sure because of the size of the image.
After the thaw. The guy shaking his hand to get the mud off is Bo Little from our FDC. The tall guy in the front with the 101st Airborne patch was a new medic (Gerald Patow, per Tom Kirk, 71-72) that I didn't know and I think the other guy was in Service Battery.
