Note: the Board of Directors will review the dues structure annually for possible adjustments based on annual cost-of-living and actual operational costs of the Association.

Full membership is limited to actual veterans of 3AD and combat-attached units (e.g., in Desert Storm, 4-34 Armor, 5-3 ADA, 12th Engineers, and 2-29 FA, although not part of the peacetime division, served with 3d Armored Division in combat). If you would like to join the Association but you did not serve with the 3AD, you may join as an Associate member (the same dues structure applies).

E-MAIL THE ASSOCIATION SECRETARY TO RECEIVE AN APPLICATION IN THE MAIL

If above download options fail: If the download initially fails, right-click over the link above and chose from the drop down menu "Save Target As..." (MS IE) or "Save Link As..." (Netscape Navigator). Then chose a file location you can remember and save. Now you need to open the Acrobat Reader (usually <Start> <Programs> <Adobe> <Acrobat Reader> on your Start Menu). We can also e-mail you the membership format if the download does not work. The file is only 25KB, and is thus a quick send if needed. (Just note the following in your e-mail: your difficulty in downloading the form and your desire to receive a hardcopy by standard mail).

Once you have the application form open in Acrobat Reader, you can send the form to you printer (laser or inkjet), and then fill the form out by hand and mail to the address at the bottom of the form.
