503rd Military Police Company 
Constituted 1 January 1942 in the Regular Army as the Military Police Platoon, Service Company, 3d Armored Division and activated at Camp Polk, Louisiana
Inactivated 10 November 1945 at Aalen, Germany
Redesignated 7 July 1947 as the Military Police Platoon, 3d Armored Division
Activated 26 March 1948 at Fort Knox, Kentucky
Reorganized and redesignated 25 June 1948 as the 503d Military Police Company and remained assigned to the 3d Armored Division
Deactivated 31 October 1991 at Frankfurt, Germany
